Join us on our trip to the Eau Claire Children’s Museum! This Friday March 6th from 10am-12noon, we have reserved the Children’s Museum for our group! Transportation is not arranged, everyone can drive separately, or you can ride-share with someone else! We can also plan on going to lunch afterwards (for those interested) at McDonalds, etc. Depending on how many people sign up, we can get discounted rates per child at the museum! Normal cost is $5 per person, but it can get as low as $3.50 per child, plus we get up to 6 adults FREE! Please let me know ASAP if you are interested! Bring all the kiddos & babies to get their energy out INDOORS! We’ll have a play group at the Maranatha gym (blue building) on the 3rd Friday of every month from 9:30-11:30am! Bring bikes, trikes, scooters, balls & any toys that your kiddos want to share! Mom’s get some social time while the kids run & play! We have an amazing group of moms & kids! Everyone welcome!

Arm Knitting
After talking to several of you, we decided to change our plans for February. We will now be doing arm knit scarfs!! And they really are as funny & easy as Pinterest makes them sound. We will once again be meeting at Maranatha, Sunday February 22nd from 3-5. Cost is $9 and includes all your supplies. Please register ahead of time so we can make sure to have enough supplies for everyone.

Since it is hard for busy moms and most woman to attend a National women conference, Mom’s Recess is bringing a simulcast of If:Gathering to Rice Lake, at Maranatha Evangelical Free Church on February 6 & 7.  The conference will be from 6pm-9pm on Friday and from 9am-9pm on Saturday.
IF:Gathering seeks to gather, equip, and unleash women to live out God’s calling on their lives. We are a generation of women that believes God at His Word that He called us to our places and will use us for His glory and for the good of His people.
Some of the speakers presenting at this conference include: Jennie Allen, Christine Caine, Lauren Chandler, Susie Davis, Debbie Eaton, Shelly Giglio, and many more.
